Colleen Nussen
Director of Operations
I am the Director of Operations at Redbock. I joined Redbock in February 2016 as a Recruitment Consultant and with increasing responsibilities, my role has evolved over the years. Currently, I am responsible for managing business operations including but not limited to office management, overseeing internal talent acquisition, and acting as HR Liaison with our parent company NES Fircroft. In recent years, I have also been working closely with our executive management team on quarterly and annual growth plans for the company.
I have a B.A. from San Diego State University and an active PHR certification. When I am not in the office, I enjoy the outdoors, trying new restaurants and staying active with my husband and our dog Rex.
